COVID-19 Practices observed at 9th Street Auto
OUR FACILITY IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. WE PERFORM AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE SEE OUR PRACTICES BELOW
For 100% contactless repairs, please follow these instructions:
*Call for an appointment
*Plan on dropping your vehicle off before we open or the night before. Use the night drop off envelopes located on the shop man door. Make sure you put your name and phone number on the envelope.
*Your vehicle will be diagnosed and ALL communication will be completed by phone.
*Should you elect your vehicle to be repaired, that will be completed and you will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready for pick up.
*You will pay with a credit card over the phone and the invoice & receipt will be put into your vehicle after the steering wheel, shift lever, door handles in/out have all been sanitized. Keys will then be sanitized and put under the drivers side floor mat while the receipt will be on your drivers seat.
For repairs in our shop, please observe these practices:
*Call for an appointment. We have suspended drop ins temporarily due to the virus.
*While in the shop waiting room, please practice your social distancing from any others. We try very hard to space the appointments for those customers who choose to wait so there is never more in the waiting room than social distancing permits.
*If you require a sanitized vehicle back when the work is completed, please use our 100% contactless service outlined above.
