I finally found an auto shop I trust in Central Oregon. The entire staff is friendly, professional, experts and go out of their way to make sure you are not inconvenienced. You need a ride, done. Nice and clean shop, very friendly staff. Serpentine belt fixed same day at a reasonable rate. Super courteous as well, gave me a ride to work when I dropped the car off. They also performed a complete inspection of my car but didn't pressure me into fixing anything other than what I brought the car in for. Thanks 9th Street!

These guys are so awesome! Picked my car up right out my drive way I never even left my house. To top it off they fixed the issue FOR FREE. Great customer service, got to me ASAP. I love these guys. Never going anywhere else.

9th Street Auto has earned my trust. On two occasions, they have actually saved me money through proper diagnosis and simple fixes. Most recently, my Excursion had a coolant leak, turns out it was a simple job to replace a bad hose clamp. It's rare to find an honorable auto repair service. On another occasion they caught a bulging lower radiator hose that was close to failing. I was about to take a trip over to the Oregon coast, I doubt I would have made it there and back without an incident. Attention to detail is what separates good repair shops from great, and they fall into the great category for me. I've taken both mine and my wifes vehicles to them for years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I'm a former Navy jet mechanic and I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles. I trust 9th Street to take care me.read more
